If you are a new client, you will create your client login.

You will then receive appointment confirmation and invoice directly.

All invoices are due on the day of or before shoot.

If a residential shoot, I highly recommend taking a look at our prep guide to make sure the house is in tip-top shape.

While at the property, I’ll do my initial walk-through to make sure everything is in order. Then, I’ll proceed with capturing its lifestyle.

After the shoot, the photos and/or video will be sent in within the time period mentioned on the pricing page.

Now, it’s time to show the world!!


How long does it take to get photos / video?

All photos are delivered within 36 hours.

Videos will be delivered within 72 hours.

What if I need to reschedule?

When is payment due?

Payment is due on the day of or before your appointment time. We accept any form of payment, but an invoice will be sent your way. 

What if there is bad weather?

If the weather is too bad, we will need to reschedule the appointment. If it’s just cloudy, then we can usually do a sky replacement. We will be in communication about the best day and time to shoot. Don’t worry!
